Ronald Kick has worked as a patent professional at Flügel Preissner Schober Seidel since 2016. The main focus of his activities lies in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and information technology, and above all in the Asian market.
Ronald Kick comes from Munich. He completed his Abitur here in 1995, and from 1995 to 2004 he studied Japanese studies, sinology and law for social sciences at Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. He was subsequently awarded a scholarship in 1998 and 1999 to study at the Fukui University, Japan, and a further scholarship in 2000 and 2001 to study at Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul (South Korea).
From 2007 to 2011 he studied electro- and information technology at Seoul National University of Science and Technology, and in the years from 2005 to 2009 he worked in Seoul as the manager of the German division at the patent firm ORIGIN. He subsequently worked for Kim & Chang in Seoul as a Trademark Paralegal until 2011. After Ronald Kick‘s return to Germany, he worked for three years as a patent engineer for the patent attorneys Puschmann Borchert Bardehle.
