Dr. Eckhard Wohlgemuth is a lawyer and has been working as Of Counsel for Flügel Preissner Schober Seidel since 2004. The main focus of his activities as a lawyer lies in the fields of contract law (preparation and reviewing of contracts), company law, product liability, copyright and trade mark law as well as civil procedure.
Dr. Wohlgemuth was born in Berlin. He completed his school education in Stuttgart, Essen and Dortmund and studied law at the Universities of Tübingen, Hamburg and Munich between 1963 and 1968.
